Data Scientist (Mid–Senior)

Team: Data & Insights
Reports to: CTO
What You’ll Do
- Own the end‑to‑end data science workflow: problem framing, data wrangling, modelling, and communication.
- Develop predictive and descriptive models that power supplier matching and ranking.
- Build robust data pipelines and feature stores in collaboration with Data Engineers.
- Design experiments, AB tests, and dashboards to quantify impact.
- Present insights to stakeholders and convert them into product improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years applying statistical/ML techniques to large, messy datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and experiment design.
- Ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Familiarity with graph databases or knowledge graphs.
- Experience with GCP data stack (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker) or comparable tooling.
