Software Engineer (Mid–Senior)

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and operate cloud‑native services that power our supplier discovery platform.
  • Take features end‑to‑end – from RFC to production deployment and observability.
  • Integrate AI components (vector search, LLM endpoints) built by our AI Engineers.
  • Champion engineering best‑practices: automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD and GitOps.
  • Collaborate in two‑week sprints (review / retro / planning) with a pragmatic lean approach.

Tech You’ll Touch

Python · FastAPI · Kubernetes · Terraform · GCP/AWS · Pub/Sub/Kafka · PostgreSQL/BigQuery · Docker · GitLab · Helm · LangChain · Elastic

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years shipping production software (Python preferred, Go/TypeScript a plus).
  • Proven experience with distributed systems, containers, and one major cloud provider.
  • Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, data modelling, and event‑driven patterns.
  • Comfort owning services in production (metrics, logging, incident response).

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Exposure to vector databases, search/retrieval pipelines, or ML model serving.
  • Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code and GitOps workflows.
