Data Scientist (Mid–Senior)

Location: Hybrid option at our Stockholm HQ
Team: Data & Insights
Reports to: CTO

What You’ll Do

• Own the end‑to‑end data science workflow: problem framing, data wrangling, modelling, and communication.
• Develop predictive and descriptive models that power supplier matching and ranking.
• Build robust data pipelines and feature stores in collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Design experiments, AB tests, and dashboards to quantify impact.
• Present insights to stakeholders and convert them into product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years applying statistical/ML techniques to large, messy datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and experiment design.
• Ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Familiarity with graph databases or knowledge graphs.
• Experience with GCP data stack (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker) or comparable tooling.
