AI company Find My Factory closer to autonomous sourcing, transforming procurement at its core.

AI company Find My Factory launches autonomous sourcing – transforming procurement at its core.

The platform’s new agentic search not only identifies suppliers, but also detects missing information, finds the right contact at the factory, and sends tailored emails to fill the gaps. Once suppliers respond, the system automatically validates the data using their replies, turning communication into a seamless, verified workflow.

For the first time, procurement teams can seamlessly vet suppliers by drawing on databases that unite both open and hidden information — without manual work. The result is faster processes, more secure decisions, and significant savings. Among its customers are companies such as Ahlsell, Clas Ohlson, Rusta, and the leading European distributor STARK Group.

“Procurement has looked the same for hundreds of years. With this launch, we are showing that autonomous sourcing is no longer the future, it is here and now. We are building the tool that will become the global standard for buyers everywhere,” says Martin Schneider, CEO and co-founder of Find My Factory.

Procurement has long been defined by manual processes and lengthy lead times. With Find My Factory’s new feature, sourcing becomes proactive, autonomous, and more precise — a shift that is already delivering measurable results for a fast-growing number of customers.

“It is exciting to see that we are setting a new quality benchmark in the industry. Companies using Find My Factory can act faster, make more data-driven decisions, and crucially, find suppliers that meet their certification requirements. This is where the future of procurement takes shape,” says Dimitri Haid, co-founder.

A complete process – from data to dialogue
With this release, a new three-step workflow is introduced:

  • Enrich – your own supplier database
FMF collects a company’s existing suppliers and automatically enriches them with fragmented information that is otherwise hard to access.

  • Source – find the right suppliers automatically
The system identifies factories that match requirements and automatically sends requests when critical information is missing.

  • Engage – AI takes the first dialogue
The AI agent manages the initial contact with suppliers to close information gaps and deliver a complete decision-making base for the buyer.

International recognition
Find My Factory is currently used by nearly 30 industrial companies across Europe and continues to expand internationally. Recently, the company was named one of Europe’s best innovations when it topped El Mundo’s “Best Ideas of 2025” list.
